Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final. Saiya + Simone does not offer refunds, or returns on swimwear. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at hello@saiyasimone.com and we will try our best to assist.

Exchanges or returns on ready to wear items are accepted if item is new in packaging and with tags for store credit only. If your return does not comply with these conditions it will not be accepted.

A $10 handling fee will be charged for any returns/exchanges accepted.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges for store credit will not be accepted if purchased from one of our retailers, you must have placed your order on saiyasimone.com and provide your order number upon acceptance of exchange.

An exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
